Signature restaurant at Caesars Blue Waters Dubai.

Seriously impressive menu - clear British influence with some notable favourites. Overall the menu has an excellent mix of choices, including great vegetarian options. However, if you love red meat, you're going to love this menu!

I strongly recommend the short ribs, would be close to the best ribs I have ever had. The lamb shank and rib-eye are also fantastic.

Head chef, Craig, is a top guy and very friendly, if he is at the counter, be sure to say "hi".

The restaurant also serves the breakfast at the hotel. Menu is "a la carte" in keeping with Covid-19 protocols. Really good menu and food is fantastic. Hard to go past the full english breakfast!

Really enjoyed this hotel in general as a place to stay in Dubai and you dont have to go far to get a fantastic meal. If you're living in Dubai, it is a new option for dinner or a quick stay-cay on Bluewaters Island. Brilliant pool and a "real" beach that opens onto the ocean and actually gets some waves.

The price point is on the expensive side - Caesars Palace overall is definitely in the more expensive bracket of hotels in Dubai. That said, this restaurant is definitely worth hit when it comes to quality and service.

Top shelf!
