Inclusions
- Internal transportation (including business class flight from Kigali to Nyungwe), accomodation, all meals including drinks, private guides, gorilla trekking permits, chimpanzee permits, permits to Nyungwe National Park, all activities including (coffee tour, tea picking, archery, Kigali market tour, Genocide Museum tour)
Exclusions
- International flights (these can be arranged through our partners), visas (if required), insurance, incidental costs and spending money, Covid-19 testing.
All guests are required to arrange travel insurance that covers any Covid-19 quarantine, isolation and treatment, other medical issues, loss of personal property, theft etc. The Travel Hub and its partners cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury, illness or death.
20% deposit is required to confirm booking. Full payment is required 28 days prior to start of trip. Cancellations after full payment can only be refunded if the position can be re-filled.
All guests are required to be familiar with all and any health and medical concerns relating to travel to Rwanda.
